We offer a FREE week at the beginning of your journey with CrossFit Igneous that helps you acclimate yourself to the sport and the box! Our On-Ramp program is perfect for beginners!

On-Ramp: 5 1-hour classes with professional coaching that walks you through the warm up, strength work, skill work and the WOD. We scale it to your physical abilities. It is designed to teach technique, CrossFit safety and confidence so that you can easily morph into our daily classes.. With expert help from pull-ups to snatches to cardio, our on-Ramp program gets you ready for the next step.

Our coaches will work with you and your schedule to make sure you experience the quality of the On-Ramp program!

Personal Training

Personal Training: CrossFit Igneous has the best coaches in town. All of our coaches are certified and have a passion for the sport, nutrition and your success!

Schedule your first 3 Personal Training Sessions and get one FREE! **only $50 per session**

We meet you on your schedule, help you learn or improve your CrossFit moves and provide expert guidance to keep you safe while building that body you have always wanted.
