On Ramp

At CrossFit Igneous, the On Ramp is designed to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, the ore CrossFit movements, and the intensity of the workouts. You will be running, jumping and rowing. You’ll be performing Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Ring Rows, Thrusters, Lunges, Pull Ups, and Sit ups. You will sweat. Don’t worry though, everything is designed to scale to your ability. The emphasis of the On-Ramp sessions is skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing CrossFit group classes. We will be emphasizing technique to ensure your safety and to ensure success at the next level. The weekly On-Ramp Program is designed to be taught as 5 separate 1-hour classes. Our coaches will work with your schedule and our class schedule to fit these classes in for each member.

Sure we’ve trained (and continue to train) police officers, high schoolers, college ball players, and firemen, etc. with consistent results. However, where we have seen the most amazing changes is in our training of office workers, soccer moms, over-weight 30-somethings, and grandfathers, etc.; Just everyday people who want to look, feel, and perform better. Personal Training, one-on-one, with CrossFit Igneous is amazingly effective and can help you to achieve your health and fitness goals SUPER FAST. Whether you are new to our program and just learning the fundamentals of the movements, or have been doing CrossFit for some time and need help tweaking your pull-ups, or clean and jerk, etc., one of our highly skilled coaches would be happy to work one-on-one with you in helping you to achieve your highest fitness goals.
