The CrossFit Igneous training methodology is simple- implement various tools to help our athletes reach their fitness goals. Our programming is comprised of olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells and basic gymnastics movements.

To help our athletes reach their fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible, we require everyone to get started by completing our Elements course, or by receiving Personal Coaching. This is to ensure that our athletes have the proper foundation to get the most out of their training.
